1. Information we collect

Slush Smash does not require an account. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

The game does use Google services for advertising, analytics and crash reports. Those services collect technical and usage information about your device and how the game is played, as described in sections 4 and 5.

2. Data stored on your device

To provide the game, the app stores a small amount of gameplay data locally on your device only:

  • Your best score
  • An unfinished game, so you can resume where you left off
  • Whether you completed the practice tutorial
  • Sound, music, haptics and reduce-motion settings
  • How many games you have finished, used to space out ads
  • Your Dragon Fruit booster balance and the IDs of fulfilled purchases, kept in the device Keychain

This data is not sent to us. Deleting the app removes most of it; the booster balance may remain in the device Keychain so purchased items are not lost.

3. In-app purchases

Slush Smash offers consumable Dragon Fruit booster packs through Apple’s App Store.

  • Payments are processed entirely by Apple.
  • The app never receives or stores your payment details.
  • The app receives transaction information from Apple only to deliver purchased items and prevent duplicate delivery.

4. Advertising

Slush Smash shows ads from Google AdMob in two places:

  • Rewarded ads. When a game ends, you can choose to watch an ad to continue that game once. Watching is always optional.
  • Ads between games. After you finish a game and start the next one, an ad may appear. Your first games are ad-free, ads are spaced several games apart, and an ad is never shown during play.

To serve ads, Google may process your device’s advertising identifier and technical information such as device type, operating system, general location derived from your IP address, and how you interact with an ad.

  • If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google’s consent screen appears first, and no ad is requested until you have made your choice. You can change it at any time from Settings → Privacy Choices in the game.
  • The game asks for Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission before ads start. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised using your advertising identifier.

Google’s privacy policy applies to the data it processes: policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Analytics and crash reports

The game uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how it is played: when a game starts and ends, the score, how far a player gets, which features are used, and whether an ad or a purchase completed. Firebase also collects standard technical information such as device model, operating system version, language, country, and a random app instance identifier.

The game uses Firebase Crashlytics. If the game crashes, a report is sent with the technical state of the app at that moment, such as device model, operating system version and where in the code the crash happened.

We use this information only to fix problems and improve the game’s difficulty and design, never to identify you.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers named above: Google, for advertising, analytics and crash reports, and Apple, for purchases.

7. Your choices

  • Settings → Privacy Choices in the game changes your ad consent, where consent law applies.
  • iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking turns tracking permission on or off for the game.
  • Deleting the game removes the data stored on your device, except the Keychain booster balance described in section 2.

8. Children’s privacy

Slush Smash is suitable for all ages but is intended for a general audience and is not directed primarily at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this address with a revised date.
